About Ramon Anthony Jadra

An accomplished strategic operations leader, Ramon Anthony Jadra serves JFive, LLC, in Westminster, Maryland, as a business consultant serving clients in the aerospace and defense industries. In addition to developing profit-driven business strategies, Ramon Anthony Jadra’s consulting services encompass development and execution of effective marketing and sales campaigns.

Previously, Mr. Jadra spent more than 25 years with Raloid Corporation in Reisterstown, Maryland, departing from the components manufacturer in 2017 following nearly two decades as company president. His responsibilities with Raloid Corporation ranged from implementing and overseeing quality management systems to leading productivity optimization initiatives. Eventually, he negotiated the sale of the company.

Mr. Jadra studied business at the University of Phoenix, graduating with a bachelor of science. He has also completed the LM21 Lean Six Sigma course through Lockheed Martin, a globally recognized aerospace, security, defense, and advanced technologies company. Beyond his work, he stays active as an endurance athlete taking part in cycling races and Ironman competitions.
